Check Yo' Ponytail 2
POSTED ON Wednesday April 1st, 2015
After 5 weeks of touring Trash Talk, with support from RatkingLee Bannon, & Together Pangea, ended their winter tour in Los Angeles on March 20, 2015. The final show ended with a bang as Trash Talk frontman Lee Speilman rallied the crowd into stage diving and of course forming a giant mosh pit. An Angelino himself Speilman proclaimed that Los Angeles is the best place to perform,”Not Brooklyn, not Manhattan, not Philly, Dallas or Seattle. LA IS WHERE ITS AT.” Must be true. PREACH! In time for their last song “Birth Plague Die” Spielman had everyone jump on stage with the band in true best coast homey fashion.
The only east coasters of the night, Ratking, gave an energized performance as fans sang along to every word of their recent surprise album release “700 Fill.” Producer Lee Bannon mixed it up with his experimental hip hop flavor going full throttle. Local rockers Together Pangea kicked things off with some guitar god level shredding.
Thanks to all who came out to this special edition of Check Yo and got down to a magic blend of grungy punk to hip hop and hardcore.
